The game provides rewards (money/cards) only when you win against other players or spend real currency. Theres ZERO consideration what youre "lvl" compared to who the game ranks you against. So unless you plan to put serious money down (~ $100) youre going to be frequently frustrated and disappointed.

The only problem I have found with this app is that in play mode it says worthy opponent, but your opponent always tends to be stronger than you. I have had experienced players tell me the same thing happens to them (when on my device). Besides this issue, everything is AMAZING! The graphics and layout is INCREDIBLE! The design of the characters are OUTSTANDING! And my game never crashes!

Hearthstone is an incredibly fun, addicting game that can be quickly learned by anyone. People at all skill levels can enjoy playing as the game does a good job of matching you against opponents of similar skill level. You can play for free for as long as you want, since the in-app purchases never become mandatory. You even continue to get new card packs at a decent rate when playing for free, so you can refine your decks and incorporate new cards continuously. The audio tracks as hilarious and the software is rarely buggy. Overall, Id say its the best free game Ive played.

This is a truly amazing game. The level of intricacy and thinking required for (some parts of) this game is insane. Most people who complain about this game or call it P2W are just dont have the mental ability to make decent decks, so they attempt to shrug off their lack of skill by saying they dont have the proper cards, which is ridiculous.

Blizzard did it again ! Be prepared to have an amazing time with this one. I have played this game for a couple hundred hours and Im still having fun. I hear they might one day add 4 player battles. This game is going to be updated for years to come. Yay :-)

Very fun and strategic game

This new set has ruined any strategy beyond pump up CThun and draw card until you pick it up

The card moira bronzebeard is not working properly attacks minions without taunt... Really like the adventure mode wont be purchasing anymore adventures from now on

Addictive and engaging game. This is my go-to game when Im not dancing on mailboxes. I do the daily quests and buy packs from the gold I earn from quests and arena. No need to put any cash into the game. Its not pay to win.

Constant crashes, freezes, and disconnect problems that are still unresolved. Search for the infamous Disconnects When Connected to Wifi Problem that iOS Hearthstone has :/ Makes the game unplayable

One of the best games I have ever played

This app is not optimized or mobile use at all. Many of the game mechanics put you at a huge disadvantage compared to opponents playing on the computer. Constant disconnects certainly dont help either. You will regularly lose just because of the app.

Crashes every other game.

If you have never played Hearthstone, you lose nothing by giving it a try! I have had SO much fun playing this game over the past couple of years and it only continues to get better. My only complaint is that this app has some problems. It has crashed on me many times in the middle of a ranked game and caused me to lose because of it.

Ever since the WotOG update the app has been crashing randomly and its super frustrating when your in the middle of a game. Another problem is sometimes when I want to use my hero power I tap on it and it pulls up my cards and I will have to end my turn or use a card to fix it. But other than that the app is great!

If you played MTG, yugioh or any other card game youll love hearthstone. People complain this game is pay to win, its not. Itll just take a little bit longer. As with mtg, yugioh, or any major card game you have to pay money to usually have the top competitive decks. The difference with hearth is that you dont have to do that, I just prefer it Bc Im lazy. Overall, an amazing game that Im sure will be around a while.

I notice that I am losing power when I play this game even while it is plugged in. I have an iPad3. This problem happened suddenly after this expansion. What gives?
